Summary

In the event of a complaint, you can provide compelling proof of consent by quickly obtaining a Compliance Report that includes a detailed summary of the lead event as well as contact disclosures presented to the consumer which are witnessed by Jornaya. You can easily request and access Compliance Reports through a self-service workflow in myJornaya. Most system-generated reports are accessible in hours or even minutes, helping you respond quickly in the event of a complaint.

Compliance Reports

Compliance reports are a dedicated summary of the lead event and contact disclosures presented to the consumer and witnessed by Jornaya. The report details what the consumer provided consent to (the disclosure), validation that the consumer information submitted by the token auditor was witnessed during the lead event (contributed data), and a visual representation of the consumer experience during the lead event (Visual Playback).

Visual Playbacks

Visual Playbacks are a rendering of the consumer’s experience during the lead event. As a part of the Compliance Report, the Visual Playback is used to provide a visual representation of the consumer providing their consent to be contacted.
