Once inside the profile, click on the +topical relevance button
Add the list of keywords into the text box using comma or a pipe delimiter.
Once keywords have been added. Click on the Topical Relevance data point.

Guardian will search the label text found on the lead form except for disclosure and brand name labels. NOTE: The type of form field the label is associated with is irrelevant.
Keywords should be added inside <label> tags exactly as shown in the web lead forms.
Keywords are not case sensitive.
Ensure that the web pages that host lead forms contain keywords relevant to the requested consent.
Keywords will not be verified within the TCPA disclosure text.
Keywords will not be verified within the Brand Name labels.
How Can I Ensure My Topical Relevance Keywords Are Visible?
Utilizing this functionality will provide the results from the lead event relating to the keywords that are present in the lead form. The results of the test will elicit the default flag settings for the lead event Values (example below). This means they have no relation to the actual settings that a lead purchaser has in their own account settings. Therefore, you may ignore the colored flag results.
To initiate a Self Test follow these instructions:
Log into Member Portal
Go to Campaigns > My LeadIds
Enter the Leadid token or click the token from the MyLeadIds list
Click Search
Click the orange “Test TCPA Topical Relevance” button from the upper right corner of the LeadiD’s detail page.
Enter the keyword you want to validate
5. Click the “Run Test” button next to the text block.
Review the results as noted below.
What the TCPA Self Test Does NOT Do
Does not return TCPA Response flags for a specific client's settings or verify if the displayed keywords match the the approved keywords in the Audit profile.
