Connect a Data Source

After getting access to myJornaya, you are now ready to begin the technical setup for Activate. Don't fret! We'll guide you through the process every step of the way.

Create an Activate Instance

An Activate Instance is the combination of a customer’s Activate configuration settings (data points, journeys, delivery frequency), monitoring file and integrations for ingesting Activate signal data. If a customer has two monitoring files, they should set up two Activate Instances. In myJornaya, customers can create up to 10 activate instances.

Let's start with adding your 1st Activate Instance!
Create an instance by clicking the "+Add Instance" button in the top right-hand corner of your Activate screen in myJornaya.

What is a "Data Source"?

A Data Source is where Jornaya will obtain a customer's Activate Monitoring File.
