How do I use “Manager” access in myJornaya?

Article summary

If you have been upgraded to a Parent Account Manager in myJornaya, you have been given access to all your Agency, Client, or Brand accounts via a single login to the myJornaya UI. The hierarchy is set up, so you log in to the “parent” account and then access all the "sub-accounts." 

When you log in to myJornaya you are in the Parent Account. This is not where you will be able to work with Jornaya data for any of your sub-accounts.

Utilizing Manager Access

  1. Once logged into myJornaya click on the “Account” option in the bottom-left menu. 

  2. Click on “Switch Account”  

 

a. Under the Switch Account menu, the name of the current account you are under is listed at the top.

Parent Account

The parent account is read only.

  1. Click on “Related Accounts” 

 

 4. The Related Accounts popup will display and list all active sub-accounts.  

  1. Use the search field or scroll down the page to find the sub-account name in the list.

  2. Click on the “Switch to Account” button next to the sub-account you would like to access. 

  3. Once logged into the sub-account, you are performing actions on behalf of that account.

    1. Examples: Requesting Compliance Reports, adding Activate instances, etc.).

  1. To get back to the Parent Account (and/or log into one of the other sub-accounts)

  2. Go back to Account < Switch Account 

  3. Click on “Switch back to Admin” 

 

  1. Repeat Step 3 to log into another sub-account.
