The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) went into effect on January 1, 2020 and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) went into effect on January 1, 2023.

We have set up a central Privacy Page on our main website at jornaya.com where you can submit your Privacy Choices, view our Privacy Policy and review our Terms of Use.  The “Your Privacy Choices” link is also available on the footer section of our website for easy access.

• Exercise Your Rights: Options for submitting Privacy Choices requests are available to our clients and consumers.
• Privacy Policy: The most recent version of our Privacy Policy, including the required Additional State Privacy Disclosures.
