Verisk Marketing Solutions sold by Verisk Analytics to ActiveProspect
Today begins an exciting new chapter for Verisk Marketing Solutions, as we have been acquired by ActiveProspect (Press Release).
Over the past 5 years of Verisk ownership, first as Jornaya and eventually as VMS with the acquisition of Infutor, we’ve significantly expanded our strategic offerings and value delivery to hundreds of businesses in our key markets–both insurance and non-insurance. We also hardened our security, privacy, and data governance practices, allowing our customers to further trust and rely upon our durability as a key partner.
As we move out of Verisk, we will continue to lean into the insurance industry. It’s a major market for us and one that we’ve built much deeper connectivity to in recent years. We are driving a strong pipeline of product innovations that will position us well for 2026 and beyond. With the acquisition by ActiveProspect comes increased energy, commitment, and investments in all the markets we serve with greater speed, complementary solutions, and expanded expertise.
