Beginning January 27, 2025, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will require each brand to get a consumer’s explicit, 1:1 written consent before contacting them with autodialed telemarketing phone calls, pre-recorded messages, or texts. 1:1 Brand Consent Validation

Lead buyers can confirm that their brand name has been displayed to the customer and that the customer has opted to receive calls or texts from their brand.

Topical Relevance Validation

TCPA Guardian now validates that the consent provided matches the brand’s approved disclosure language, specifies the type of consent (none, active, passive), and ensures the lead origin website is topically relevant.
