The Future of TCPA Compliance and 1:1 Consent
Unlike a fine wine, data does not get better sitting in a cold, dark room. Much like wine, however, data is meant to be shared safely and responsibly. This is the analogy that Kieran Kennedy, Head of Marketplace for Snowflake, used on stage at V!A Philadelphia 2022 to explain how Snowflake is providing secure data sharing through their single platform innovation.
In June 2022, Infutor Data Solutions, now part of Verisk’s Marketing Solutions group, launched Infutor Identity Resolution, “an embedded application that will enrich and activate first-party data natively in the Snowflake Data Cloud.” Through this partnership, joint customers can activate their first-party data in a secure environment that easily integrates with their other data sets through Snowflake.
Infutor’s collaboration with Snowflake makes it simple for marketers that are already using Snowflake “to access the scale, accuracy and deterministic attributes of our identity data suite.” Named a leader by Snowflake in their Modern Marketing Data Stack report, Infutor’s Identity Resolution application was built using Snowflake’s Native Application Framework, which enables application engineers to build applications using the single-platform’s core functionalities, globally distribute them on Snowflake Marketplace, and make those applications available within a customer’s Snowflake account.
By allowing brands, agencies, platforms and publishers the ability to build holistic profiles for their customers in a privacy-forward platform, customers can communicate more relevant messaging to the right customers and prospects, all while honoring consumer privacy.
The Snowflake platform is a single, global platform that makes multiple workloads easy to manage. Snowflake takes things like data lakes, science, warehouses, and other data sources, and puts them all together in a low maintenance, easy to use service across all three major data clouds. Underpinning Snowflake’s core capabilities is the Data Cloud, which aims to eliminate silos, brings data together with no replication, latency, or governance issues.
Snowflake allows you to build data-intensive applications without operational burden and pave the way for better, more secure data exchange and sharing between organizations. According to Kennedy, there are around 6,000 clients on the Snowflake platform, and that number is growing between 400 to 500 clients per quarter as clients recognize how powerful it is to tap into this ecosystem that Snowflake has built from the ground up.
What clients may not realize is that their data may be useful across multiple markets and industries. Data is shared safely and with ease through the Snowflake platform — once a provider makes data available, consumers can view it immediately, query it, and that data set does not move. Consumers are hitting your production data and thanks to the Snowflake platform, there’s no longer the issue of data wrangling.
