70% YoY Growth of Jornaya’s Network Results in Increased Value for all Partners

Network effects have been a core foundation of our business since 2011 when the first LeadiD was generated. Our early partners and customers knew that as our network grew over time, the value that we’d be able to create for them would multiply. They joined us on our mission with a belief that as we scaled, they would benefit from this growth through increased value within our products and services.

Fast forward to 2020, and the growth of our network continues to play a pivotal role in the value we deliver to all of our partners and customers. 

This year alone, we’ve seen a 70% increase in the size and scale of our data network:  Our technology now processes over 1 billion consumer interactions every quarter!

A large part of this growth is attributable to the successful adoption of our Publisher Partner Program (PPP), which has grown to include over 1,000 Publishers, Performance Marketers, and Lead Sellers. This program is the core mechanism through which we deliver value back to our partners as our network grows, enabling our partners to take advantage of the following benefits:

  • Jornaya Privacy Guardian: Partners gain access to the industry’s leading solution to mitigate compliance risk associated with the TCPA and CCPA regulations for their owned and operated websites.
  • Jornaya Activate: Partners gain the ability to enrich their 1st-party data with unique in-market journey scores, allowing them to transform customer experiences and right-time their marketing interactions to drive more revenue from their data.
  • V!A by Jornaya: Jornaya’s comprehensive industry directory enables partners to find new customers and develop business relationships.
  • Jornaya’s LeadiD: Partners leverage Jornaya’s technology to generate unique LeadiD tokens for their website and call center leads, increasing trust and transparency between lead buyers and sellers
  • The Pulse for Publishers: Partners access exclusive industry trend reporting to track market changes in consumer behavior across major-life purchase journeys

Increasing Value 

We get excited about this growth, because it means more value for everyone we work with.  Network effects are built into all of these solutions.

Jornaya’s LeadiD is one great example. This unique identifier has become a key currency in the process of buying or selling a lead in the major lead generation markets. As more and more companies have adopted the LeadiD as a critical key in their transactions, the value of generating and sharing a LeadiD, as well as accessing the data that this ID unlocks, has increased over time.

Jornaya Activate is another great example. Our partners leverage this product to increase the value of their 1st-party data by tapping into in-market activity scores that help them personalize and right-time their outreach to a consumer. As Jornaya’s network grows, the Activate product benefits from an increasingly wide view of consumer buying behavior, and our partners benefit as this expanded data powers their marketing efforts.

As our network continues to grow, you can expect to see more enhancements and programs from us that will continue to support the growth in value for all of our partners and customers.
